General shipping and payment information

Orders are usually ready for shipping within 24-72 hours and are forwarded to the shipping department. Important: the delivery will only take place after receipt of payment!

The shipping for your orders is standard via YunExpress/Hermes (8-16 working days) or if you select the "Faster premium shipping" at checkout via DHL (4-12 working days, 3€ surcharge).

The default shipping time is:

Germany (8-16 working days) or premium shipping (4-12 working days)
Austria (8-16 working days)
Switzerland (8- 16 working days)
Our shipping times apply from the shipping confirmation.
(IMPORTANT: Due to the Covid-19 situation, there may be slightly delayed delivery times, but we do our best to make everything fit, however we ask for your understanding if it takes a few days longer.)
